The Bakery

Large-scale commercial bakeries often find it difficult to experiment with unusual, small-run items. IBR’s bakery is scaled down, making it feasible for us to take risks with new ideas. We can produce “hand-crafted” items, which are both efficient and cost-effective.

The most successful innovations often start with very little industry support. At IBR, if someone has a vision they want to market, we will find a way to produce it. The bakery is a place to start.
