Blending & Mixing

As a natural extension of our product development efforts, IBR manufactures and sells baking mixes to customers. IBR sources the highest quality ingredients needed for use in our formulas. We then blend these ingredients in a state-of-the-art blending facility in Arlington, Oregon. By sourcing and combining multiple ingredients needed to manufacture new bakery items, IBR simplifies product development, procurement, and new item launch for customers.

IBR maintains a network of farmers, packagers, processors and bakeries to help us develop and supply unique bakery-specific ingredients and packaging. We are focused on being first-to-market and competitively priced.
