Sorry

We are neither a commercial bakery nor a distributor. Please see http://bread.com/content/can-i-order-bread-you-andor-can-you-ship-me-bre... for the specifics. I would speak to someone at your local Costco about ordering direct.

Not so much strawberry bread
I was shopping in Costco and saw this new Innkeeper's Strawberry bread, and I was struck by the looks of its yumminess. After making it this moring for toast...I draw back by above comment about yummiess. They should call it Cranberry bread...because while it is called strawberry bread, it is also filled with cranberries...so much that, that is what it tastes like. When somebody sees the word strawberry and then you get more cranberry...well, thats like going out to dinner and ordering a strawberry sundae, and getting a cranberry one instead. Get rid of the cranberries in the bead and make it like its called STRAWBERRY! the few pinkish red blobs in the bread barely tast like it at all. Great in theory...but not in the carry through. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this bread. At least with the blueberry one, it tastes like blueberry.

Twice as many strawberries
There are actually twice as many strawberries as there are cranberries in that formula. 10% strawberries to 5% cranberries, baker's percentages. Blending is very common practice. Look at any cranberry juice and you'll most likely see the first ingredient is "apple juice".

5% Cranberries
I also wanted to let you know that the bag itself says under the ingredients: Contains 2% or less of the following: Cranberries are the first thing listed in this section. You say 5%. Maybe if it were really only 2% that would make the dif. resulting in a more strawberry taste and less of the cranberry. My loaf has def. more than 2% cranberries

Thanks for the suggestion
Look up "baker's percentages" to learn how things are measured in a commercial bakery environment. There are two types of strawberries in the formula, one type of cranberry.

More Strawberries than cranberries
Thank you for the definiton on blending....yeah I know other companys blend..your example is Cranberry juice and the ingredients you see is apple juice..yeah I get that. THE ONLY DIFFRENCE IS THAT EVEN THOUGH IT'S BLENDED WITH APPLE JUICE IT STILL TASTES LIKE CRANBERRY JUICE...PROB. BECAUSE CRANBERRIES ARE STRONGER IN FLAVOR... CASE IN POINT. THERE MAY BE MORE STRAWBERRIES THAN CRANBERRIES BUT TASTE WISE I CAN TASTE THE CRANBERRIES MORE. YOUR BLUEBERRY BREAD MAY OR NOT BE A BLEND TOO ( I DON'T KNOW) BUT I DO KNOW THAT WHEN I EAT IT, IT TASTES LIKE BLUEBERRY NOT CRANBERRIES.
