What bread will mold the fastest, white or wheat?

You can't just say that white or wheat bread molds the fastest. Molding time depends on many factors. Two items which contribute to mold are moisture content of the bread and if "mold inhibitors" or "preservatives" are in the bread. No one can tell this

There is no way that anyone can tell you which will mold the fastest since we don't know all the variables, like moisture, the formulation of the bread, the quality of the ingredients or the conditions under which they were produced. In the U.S., all breads could have preservatives. And white bread is a wheat bread.

This makes sense

I've never done any mold testing before, but it certainly makes sense that mold inhibitors and preservatives would have more to do with mold growth than the kind of bread the mold is growing on.

I think white bread gets

I think white bread gets mold faster but it really depends on the ingredients of the bread itself. I love cropocultura.

You can also check a website that I have recently visited and talks about black mold. It is nice to stay informed and I hope that you will find the link useful.
